HOW TO ORDER

We encourage all new customers to order from us by telephone by calling our sales staff at:

905-508-7500.

Our reasoning for requesting new customers to place a phone order is to ensure that as a new customer you are educated on the process of application (how much to use, best practices, what type of Stabilant may be best for your purposes, etc) and so we may offer the best support materials for you such as appropriate SDS's, Tech Notes and Application Notes. For existing customers, please send your purchase orders to dwel@stabilant.com

On single piece orders we sell only at our retail price (and will most likely direct you to a distributor).

Please note that on direct sales we have a minimum order policy.

CREDIT CARD

We do NOT accept credit cards in payment for any order. We have found that when other currencies are converted into Canadian funds there is a consistent problem. Often there is a discrepancy caused by the exchange that can be involved. The result is that our customer's credit card was billed a different amount than what we had quoted.

NEW ORDERS

Unless a company is well known in the field, we reserve the right to request that a "Credit Application Form" be submitted to us, and receive approval, before we ship. On all orders from outside North America, this is a mandatory requirement that was set by our management.

SHIPMENT:

Shipment on some of the smaller sizes of the undiluted material can be made by mail. Otherwise, we prefer to ship by Fed/Ex. First, check with your courier. Outside of Canada, we can use FedEx's custom brokers.

If goods are worth less than $1000 US, the US customs can use an "informal entry" which generally does not require any extra charge for custom brokerage. On the other hand, shipments that require a "formal entry", will require the payment of these charges by the customer. Where diluents are used some carriers require us to use special forms.

PAYMENT:

Payment can be billed to any company once credit is approved by our credit department. On orders outside Canada and the United States, we require payment in advance, by bank draft. If you have questions, please call our credit department for clarification.
